Welcome to my story. As a suicide widow, my healing process has included trying to make sense of the insensible. As a fighter’s widow, part of this has included researching Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy and Acute Concussion Syndrome. If you are a suicide survivor, welcome. If you are a member of the fighting community, welcome. Hopefully, my blogs can help my story stay mine and prevent others from having a similar story to tell. And, maybe…just maybe, my story will help some of you understand and start healing too.
